• Deliver Finished Products to clients as flattened image files (such as JPG or PNG)
You may NOT:
• Share, resell, redistribute, or give away layered template files (PSD or equivalent)
• Upload Templates to any website for editing, downloading, or resale
• Create derivative template products for resale
• Display or sell Templates themselves (even if modified)
• List Templates or Finished Products on third-party marketplaces such as Etsy, Amazon, eBay, Creative Market, or similar platforms unless explicitly authorized in writing
• Use any content from this website outside of creating Finished Products
All purchases include a single-user license only. Layered design files may never be shared under any circumstances.
Photography Requirement
You must use your own original photography when creating products for sale using our Templates.
You may not use photos supplied by clients, stock images, or third-party photographers for creating commercial Finished Products.
Logo & Design Elements Disclaimer
Any logo or design elements provided through this website remain the property of Joshua Hanna Photography/JHPhotoDesign.
We do not guarantee uniqueness of any logo or design composition. Other customers may create similar designs using available elements.
We make no legal guarantees regarding trademark availability. It is your responsibility to consult a legal professional before registering or claiming rights to any logo created using our products.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use this website or any products in any way that is unlawful, abusive, offensive, harmful, defamatory, threatening, or infringing upon the rights of others.

A. Payments

Orders are not fulfilled until payment is successfully completed.
B. Digital Delivery
Products are delivered via digital download link, typically within minutes to 24 hours of purchase.
Check spam folders if you do not receive your link.
C. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of all products:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are provided under any circumstances.
D. Download Backup
You are responsible for saving and backing up your purchased files.
We may resend download links upon proof of purchase, but we do not guarantee long-term availability of older products.
Proof may include:
• Payment receipt
• Transaction ID
• Email used for purchase
Without verification, replacements will not be issued.
E. Support
Tutorials and usage guides are provided where applicable.
We do not offer Photoshop software troubleshooting or general technical support. Basic knowledge of design software is assumed.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Physical Products
Processing Time
Most physical product orders are processed and shipped the next business day after purchase.
In certain circumstances — including high order volume, holidays, product availability delays, or unforeseen operational issues — processing may take up to 3 business days.
Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and holidays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are included in the listed price for standard ground shipping within the contiguous United States.
If you require expedited shipping or shipping outside of the contiguous United States, additional shipping charges will apply. Please contact us prior to placing your order to receive a shipping quote and availability details.
Shipping Time
Delivery time depends on the carrier and selected shipping method. Once your order has shipped, transit times are determined by the carrier and are outside of our control.
Tracking information (when applicable) will be provided once your order has shipped.
Digital Products
All digital products are delivered electronically.
Once your payment has successfully cleared through PayPal, download access will be sent automatically via email.
If you do not immediately see your download email:

Download links are sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at the time of purchase.
